You need to look good bro. Depending on your age, first impressions matter A LOT. I'm in High School and if you're an ugly guy then obviously the girls won't go for you. At this age, most of the pretty girls will not care for your personality. And we all know that all the pretty girls go for the douchebags instead of the nice guys cause all they care about is looks. It's the truth. But then again, would you go out with an ugly girl? No you wouldn't.

What are these so-called "ladies"? Is it a new clan of players or something?

You need to act confident, and don't act like you care TOO MUCH about them. Of course looking good is always huge. Hit the gym, get a 6 pack, a chest, and some biceps. Nothing too much, just so that they are defined. Be outgoing, talk to everyone, DONT OBSESS over the girls that are hot. Joke around and pick on them in a joking way. Just flirt a bit and move on. They'll come your way.

EDIT: ALSO. These things are what will get you friend-zoned...
- Hanging around the girl(s) TOO much
- Talking to the girl(s) about other girls
- Buying them things and complimenting them TOO much
- Being a kiss ass

DONT DO THOSE THINGS IN EXCESS. If you are talking to a girl romantically, then its okay to do those things. But you won't get to that point by doing these things.

Just be the chill guy who waits for the girls to hit on you. You never see guys getting with girls if they are trying too hard.
