You should check out Pernell Whitaker, some of the best head movement in the game.

actually i never go all out in sparring. and all i do is technique lols. i try to get better at my combos and foot movement, i never go for a punch when i know the guys gonna get knocked out or knocked down, because theres no points, it's just sparring.
