Removing banker and Limiting Home teleport

Actually i would keep the Banker in Lumbridge. but i wouldn't actually mind if it would be gone.

I personally think you should add in the actual "Home Teleport" in the spellbook, also- I think that you should just add the Lumbridge bank upstairs.

Here you go around telling us to make this a 100% remake, and now you want home tele? Make a decision.
