Removing banker and Limiting Home teleport

I think that we should remove the banker and the ::yell global chat. I will explain this below:

Banker: There was never a banker there at any point in RuneScape history, and I thought that we were going for a "remake." Now, if this is going to be a proper remake- we can't customize it to make it easier. It isn't that hard to walk to Draynor Village, or Al-Kharid or even Varrock. Because Varrock, or Falador Park is where the trading should be held. Lumbridge is only a starting point for new players, but not many players hang around in Lumbridge as it is set up for beginning players. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to Varrock, or 30 seconds to Al-Kharid or Draynor Village.

:yell / Global Chat: This is another thing that was never in RuneScape. People are using the excuse of "Theres only 20 people, how are we going to communicate?" Well simple explination- if you run into someone while playing simply add them to your friends list. If the case is there is only 20 players, why not have everyone on your friends list? Also, if you want to buy or sell items, there is in-fact a place on our forums for that, we mise-well put it to use or take it off all together. If there isn't- then we should add one, because we don't need ::yell to be a place to buy/sell items. Also, there is a lot of fighting on the ::yell global chat, and there is no way to turn it off- so it is annoying to the players who don't want to read it.
