Napkin - Offensive Language

If he swore then he broke a rule, it doesn't matter if it was provoked and or a joke. If someone can't control themselves from simply not typing letters on their keyboard then they should just ignore them. If they swore at Napkin then they'd be muted as well, but they didn't swear.
