It might be mostly leaning towards 06 only, but it's not strictly.

Well the commands and such aren't things that were added after 2006, it's more of just a private server thing.
Yeah and a bunch of other stuff is missing other than jad and whip drop that's not the same thing as adding items that were after 2006
