Sorry, not going to rain on anyones parade but anything 2007+ isn't going to be added. Plural specifically made it rune2006 to keep it traditional, all that other stuff is added on rs-remake, which is 07+.
However, some things do need to be added like Pest control, crystal bows, skillcapes (if they're not in already), and some other 2006 features. Before anything additional gets added i believe we should focus on adding NPCs everywhere, along with making every shop work, and other additions. |
