Whip drops have already been added a month ago.
Actually the drop rate is lower than you think. There is just a factor of luck involved. Chance is around 1/300 as it stands.

I remember you asking me and Korn what the drop rate was and I told you 1/512 but I guess lower drop rate is always good Tongue
