After I posted my welcome thread, I read this and I think that that was very rude of you because people can change and everyone deserves a chance.

in this instance i think "born" can be applied to joining the forums. Not saying that he doesn't deserve a second chance. He does, however his character is a sum of his past and present actions. His past is relevant
