future updates

So i was thinking what updates should plural add in the future...
so i thought up a few of them (and yes, i know he has a to do list, but maybie my ideas are good enough to be in his list):
1) add the culinomancers chest in the lumbridge basement.(and not code the whole quest and subquests)
2) add tenzig that sells climbing boots 12 gp ea
3) add the arab twat who sells ancient staffs in the desert. (also not add the quest)
4) make oziach a fully working npc
5) Well this is a big one.... add fight caves.
6) fix the drop rates compleetly of some items.

2:Yes
3:yes
4:Yes
5:No
6:Yes

Number 6 for sure, Re-work the entire drop table and code it to be stacked(meaning you can get 2 rares are the same time)

Yeah the arab twat would be a nice addition

would take too much time & effort for plural

we should also get the npc who sells crystal bows and crystal shields (knowing we will get an agillity update) and the legends guild npc who sells the right half of the d square shield and legends capes
