Yell command

I suggest that we should shorten the time you have to wait to use the ::yell command. 30 seconds can get too long. Not trying to spam but you should shorten it to like 10-15 seconds. So theres still no spam, but it would make it so you can have a fluent conversation with people.

It's 30 seconds because yell is not supossed to be used for personal conversations.
Eventually when it grows(100+) yell will be removed anyways or it will even be put higher eventually to be honest.

Totally agree Driman, it is just that i always end up typing something then it says u can only yell once every 30 seconds or what not and im not spamming, I am responding to someone.

I think yell should be given so some players maybe as a donate reward

That's actually what I'm trying to avoid in yell. People should use the pm system and not yell to have a conversation as too many people can see the conversation otherwise.

sometimes you don't want to be there friends and just talk like you meet someone. In real life you don't meet someone and be friends. I think it should have an option to turn off and on though.
