Plural 2 options mate.
Option 1: I think its time you sell the server to someone who will get shit done. I know this is your pride and joy. But its time that someone gets something done rather then constantly hearing excuses (You told me you would be back december 10 and would start coding then, Now its early february.) You have truly let the community down.

Option 2: Promote a few people to mod, Let me take over as developer and update when I give you the files to do so. I could have a lot of shit done on this server while your busy doing other things.

If he says he will update in february, we'll just have to wait. When it is march and there is no update, then you can complain again.

About the mod thing, you're totally right.

If he would make someone mod, then someone who has been in rune2006 for a very long time

He said he won't make anyone staff so no point in even bringing it up
